i think shes decent man , and i saw her performence n she was alright , n that lip sink thing was wrong , it was too quite to lip synk to , it was the track that you sing over , similar too wat laim does with gas panic

aye pieces of me was a top tune , as is her new one , shadow was shite like , but the yanks dont like her cus of that "lip synk " thing , fck the yanks , not all yanks , but them h.o.p.e people annoy me

she can sing , and she write some off her tunes by her self , unlike avril who has written one by herslef [skaterboy] , i like the girl avril lavigne i s incredibly talented! if youve listened to her last album (which she wrote all of 100% fact) youd see taht. really good tracks on that album man im serious. and she has her own genre which she brought to the table and everyone is copying. her voice is so simple....but so nice, she dont over do it and shes fuckin awsome acoustically live! she performs like nobody's buisness!!! people just bagg on ashlee and avril becasue they are women....women "can't rock" well thats crap! women can rock with heals a skirt and lipstick ok...theres nothing wrong with being a woman and liking a guitar! sheryl crow rocks also |

thats a bit of an old man thing to say, in 94 oasis didnt have much depth, in 61 did the beatles have much depth , give us young people a chance gramps slow down young fella, you can't compare the beatles and oasis to skater grrl and jessica's little sister...they changed the musical landscape with their sound and they were both completely self contained...avril and ashlee were by and large manufactured by the very industry that oasis and the beatles help shape and define... early in their careers the beatles and oasis soaked in a mirad of influences and struggled through constant touring to establish a unique sound. The early beatles may have been, and have certainly acquired with time, a sort of naive charm but they were grizzled vets by the time epstien got them into suits...they always had depth...i suspect lennon was born deeper then most of us will dear to tread through our lives...oasis, it could be argued, were never deeper then they were on their first album... no, if you are thinking of an early 90's equivilant to avril and ashlee i would use the new kids on the block, and for the early 60's they would be more like frankie avalon or leslie gore... |

fair enough i supose i would also prefer thier songs to the current crop of r'n'b'ers like ashanti and beyonce...
i know its important to search for and promote the music of your generation but it is also important to know where it all came from.
classics are called by that name for a reason.
don't judge r and b by it's contemperary artists instead listen too...
