The single is being released to radio in late September and the album if it doesn't get leaked early will be on November 23rd in the US so I guess November 22nd in the UK.

rubbish, u2 are a good band. probably the biggest over the years (note: biggest is not equal to most important). good singer, good bass player and all that.
their last album is one of their best, only thing that winds me up is that during the 90's where they had the biggest tours going on and sold out stadium after stadium they released the worst albums to be found in their catalogue.
the problem that some of you indie fans might have with em is that their kissing the asses of US record label executives
to pick up MTFs idea: yeah its likely that bonos written smth about the iraq crisis..oh well im not looking forward to that stuff but i hope the new record's gonna contain some good pop/rock tunes

U2 are a band for middle aged parents who like to think that theyre still hip by saying theyre u2 fans. Wouldnt you rather go and see the libertines and have it, then pay £100 to watch bono act like he's jesus or something, the pretentious wanker. Thats another thing, why the fuck are the prices so high for u2 gigs, theyve sold out their fans, £100 for a ticket!! thats fucking rediculous. They rip off the people that got them where they are in the first place and thats fucking shody.
