I (as a Nirvana fan) believe that it was suicide (however this OR ANY VERDICT has not been proved 100%- this is just my opinion) Kurt Cobain had anorexia and bulimia as well has being wasted on all kinds of drugs & alcohol regularly, Kurt Cobain's stomach was getting in a worse and worse state. Kurt Cobain had a very unique voice because his voice wasn't trained. To get that heavy growl in some songs it took a lot of effort. With Kurt's stomach and throat deteriorating this was getting harder, Kurt Cobain did not want to see himself or Nirvana just turning to nothing because he was unable to perform. As it quotes from his suicide note (if it was him) "It's better to burn out than to fade away" He felt that it was better that he stopped his career rather than anybody else doing it. Kurt Cobain was hardly an ordinary person at this point so he was also under a lot of pressure and had already suffered depression (as well as the drugs and alcohol's depressing effects) There are also rumors that Courtney Love did it... i doubt it seeing as she was in another part of the country at the time. Anyway, that's just my opinion- I still think Nirvana rule  |

Although it is impossible to be 100% certain, unless you were there when he did it, the people who think he was murdered are the same as people who think Elvis is still alive.

There were no finger prints on the gun, he'd taken so much heroin he would have found it completely impossible to hold the gun, the last part of his "suicide note" which refers to suicide is in a different style of handwriting to the top part and its believed the note was actually explaining to the fans that nirvana were going to split. its fishy. |

for at least a year before he died he had made no secret that he wanted to kill himself.
i hate myself and i want to die! was'nt that the song on the bevis and butthead album?
when the first report that a body had been found ah his house i just said "you silly vagina"
i loved that band and i was on a high after the un-plugged session because it showed what greatness was to come.
then the silly vagina wasted himself.
sure, elvis is still alive and living in an apartment with sid vicious and the fonz.

Well I tend to believe it was a suicide as a result of a severe depression and his stomach ailment which had been causing him great pains. Apparently what had happened days earlier (and this is just what I've read and heard many a time) was that Kurt went to Italy where Courtney was to try and work things out with her for the sake of their daughter. He goes into the hotel room the two are supposed to be staying at and catches her fucking Billy Corgan. That set him off in a failed attempt to kill himself.
Then days later he killed himself.

Kurt Cobain was murderd!! Im a huge Nirvana fan! I dont believe that he killed himself! Yes he was suisidal, but it was a cry for attention! He never intended to end his life! His nutter of a wife Courtey has been involved with his murder, i recon she got someone to kill him! She was jelious of him and his success, she also wanted his money! Which she has now, BITCH! If Courtney truely loved Kurt then why did she have an affair?  Kurt was too hight on herion to even pick up the gun! So how could he shoot himself???    |

What i do think is that you shouldnt be so convinced about the kurt is murdered-thing. There is absolutely NO evidence of him being killed. I understand you have this felling that he is killed.
