Not really. Actually not at all. Try think what (1 - 0.9r) equals. It's not just 0. and then a lot of zeros followed by a one. It's 0. and then a never-ending sequence of zeros (and if it's a never-ending sequence, it can't be followed by anything). Which incidentally is what (1-1) is. The whole question is all messed up because of trying to get your head around infinity really. The mathematicians generally seem to say 0.9r = 1.... I believe it's a flawed question
