the merchandise, films, and the gay hype around it does my fuckin head in, but i read the books, and there fuckin mega, good read and im not embarresed to say, dont no which is my fav, the 5th one was good

i love books 4 and 5, but its interesting this poll (so far at least). cos i was under the general impression that most people didnt like the later books as much cos they are way longer and kind of darker.
but i agree, i cannot fuckin stand the movies (they...are....shit!) and merchandise. i dont understand why people would want bloody lunchboxes and overpriced lollies. i suppose its for all the tiny kids who are incapable of reading and somehow feel invlved in the hype if they buy a doll. apparently they wanted to make a harry potter toilet seat - but rowling stopped them. thank god =P

Order of the phoenix is the best. I've read them all in english and ordered the sixth book. Hope, I'll get it in the first days of august, cause russian version will be out by the new year.
