if anyone else cares - sunderland sacked their manager yesterday! wow major shock but probably for the best our new boss will be mick mcCarthy apparantly - it'll be announced tomorrow morning i'm gonna have to wake up at 10am to watch it! you'd think the club would have taken students into account when scheduling the press conference! ;D  |

yeah you guys have a different system over there don't you?
we have transfer fees and long term contracts and stuff. its virtually unheard of for a team to go through 3 managers in one season

Ds- I am not sure if a new manager is any help for your team. what was it 3 goals thye scored against themselves in one game, isn't that something that should be in the Guiness Book oF World Records?? Pathetic I must say, but hey, good luck to your new manager.. ;D

True though , Phillips is great . Kilbane is good and we sold you McCann for about £2 or something .
Some players are less good.....................Im looking at you Tore Andre Flo!

lol - i'm Tore Andre Flo's biggest fan! so i'm sticking up for him. he's one of the best players ever to play for sunderland - its just he gets no service and the team is not playing to his strengths.
players like michael gray keep playing the long ball to him - he may be tall but he's not a target man.
btw - do everton want mickey gray? please have him! we'll pay you to take him!! ;D
phillips is a legend and deserves better. Kilbane and McCann are top class players on their day but they're both so inconsistent its untrue.
everton are doing great though - moyes knows how to manage a football club properly. and Rooney will be a legend - i've never seen a player as young as him look so good. all michael owen had at that age was pace. rooney has everything.

Fair enough , when we beat you 2-1 about a month ago I thought you looked alright . To be honest I ve watched football through a haze of disbelief this season and keep waiting for the wheels to come off .
Im biased against Flo because he was meant to come to us when he went to Chelsea .
I hope you stay up , because youve got infinatley more to offer than Bolton,Birminghamand WBA put toghetr
